Checking the Status of Your Order
Please always feel free to check with us for information regarding an order you've placed. The easiest way to do so is to either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-419-1152. Orders are invoiced by name, so please provide your full name when contacting us.
Shortly after you place an order, your order is assigned an invoice number. You can contact us at any time to get your invoice number, which can be used to look up or reference your order.
Items that are in stock normally take 5-7 days to be delivered. Orders that are not in stock are, on average, delivered 2 to 4 weeks from the time of order.
We routinely ship products all over the world, and can easily accommodate orders to be shipped outside the United States.
Shipping prices are unique for each customer. Please contact us for a shipping quote sending an email to email@example.com
Prices on our website, in our catalogs, and in our magazine ads do not include shipping and handling charges.
- To get shipping prices on particular products, you can either: (1) place the desired items in your online shopping cart and check the shipping price calculated at our electronic check-out, or (2) contact us by calling 1-800-419-1152 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
- Shipping prices always depend on the parts ordered and the destination delivery location.
All shipping prices include full insurance. Should your shipment be damaged or lost, we will assume liability for the package and will replace your lost or damaged parts as quickly as possible and at no charge to you.
